My story begins early career…
I kept my head down building Excel investor reports & websites, pulling backend server data to interpret & translate to KPIs for e-commerce firms, optimizing sites, search results & campaigns.
One day, a client made an offer I couldn’t refuse. In my bizdev role, I earned several promotions & awards and built my department’s first data mart, all in under 3 years.
In 2015, I was hand-picked to rescue one of the firm’s marquis, Fortune 100 accounts.
A mistake had been made. The client was so mad they took their business back out to market to compete. After I said yes to this hotseat, the opportunity of my career arrived. The success of a multiyear, multi-million-dollar BI + analytics platform investment was placed in MY lap.
Outside the purview of my role, I chose to take this on. Yes, rescue & expand the account. And, now, be the 1st to implement the stack post launch.
Just one problem.
