I preferd not to say go ahead with this guy mentioning points here after they will accept your work
1) No communication from there side
2) No work complete in timeline
3) if u call or msg this person they will not reply u
4) this guy will work on his terms and conditons instead of our deadline and upwork t&c
5) they will start woork and end on his own timing
6) i have to take multiple times followup to copmplete the work
and m not happy with tjhis guy still u want to work with this guy u can on your own risk
