AI is a core part of my work. I've built and deployed AI solutions running in production at large enterprises today, including knowledge retrieval and workflow automation for a major oil and gas company. At SEE FORGE I put predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and image recognition into the product, and AI tools are part of my daily development workflow. I help companies figure out where AI actually adds value, then build it, not just talk about it.
As a fractional CTO, I give you executive-level technology leadership without the full-time cost: setting technical direction, architecting your platform, leading and holding dev teams accountable, managing vendors, and making sure what gets built matches what the business needs. As a product manager, I own the roadmap, write the specs, run the sprints, and drive features from discovery through launch, with the technical depth to work directly with engineers and keep quality high.
I've spent the last 15 years in the startup space and work exclusively with startups. I never stopped writing code, so I can go as deep as the job needs, or stay at the strategy level.
