Salon Industry Mobile app
Their ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work fell short of expectations. They faced difficulties in ensuring timely completion of tasks and exhibited limited expertise and experience in app development. There were notable issues with spelling and grammar, which could have been improved upon. Regrettably, the app's overall functionality and usability did not meet the desired standards, leading to missed deadlines and Deepika was difficult to work with. The project was not completed. In light of these experiences, I would personally explore other options and advise seeking alternative freelancers for app development projects.

She was not skilled to successfully complete our assessment task, and she was not doing the job herself, she was using other people and as a middle man she wasn't aware of her team member's skills, which ended up wasting our time exceeding the estimated time more than 2.5 time and ask for more extra time and increasing hourly payment by $3.00 per hour, asking $15.00 instead f the agreed $12.00 per hour after 150 hours of work in stead of 60 hours that agreed on in the beginning.
