The script will be hosted on a VPS server and provide an API interface by using API you can provide instructions to that script.
The script/API will take input as a filename, then it will start processing in the server. Once all the messages/numbers have been sent out, it will notify the system administration with a specified email.
The system basically uses Twilio Messaging services to handle the bulk mail sending, it rotates the numbers automatically so not a chance to get detected by the network as spam or something like that.
