I had the absolute pleasure of working with Anil and his team on a project involving Twilio, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. The primary task I needed help with was setting up a system to send out group text announcements to many congregants—a feature that’s essential for timely communication within our community. But what really impressed me was how far beyond the original scope Anil and his team went. Not only did they create and configure the announcement system, but they also took full charge of setting up the Twilio account from scratch. This included acquiring the right phone numbers, managing the necessary settings, and guiding the numbers through the often complicated certification process—ensuring everything was compliant and ready to go.
In addition to that, Anil and his team took the initiative to help me set up a 501(c)(3) nonprofit profile, which allowed us to access Twilio’s Impact Access Program. Thanks to their support and insight, we were able to unlock benefits that have greatly enhanced our use of the platform and saved us considerable time and resources. I wasn’t even aware this program existed, but Anil and his team made sure we didn’t miss out.
Another important point to mention: their pricing is also incredibly reasonable. For the level of service, attention to detail, and expertise they bring to the table, the value is outstanding. It’s clear that they care more about building long-term relationships and helping people than just maximizing profits.
One more thing that really stood out to me was Anil’s fluency in English—both written and spoken.
