I haven't used Upwork since way back when it was ODESK . I have not had a lot of Experience working with any Freelancers but I have nothing but good response and communication with Mr. Steven. He was very knowledgeable of the task of Pulling Stock OPTION data. We Worked together on different option and he suggested different variations on Inputs, Output and filters. Many test and samples submitted to allow things to be tested, added and some removed and came to an agreeable final project for the price.
