Two systems that do not talk to each other cost somebody an hour every week, forever. Usually it is copying orders into accounting, or pasting a supplier feed into a spreadsheet, and everyone has quietly accepted it.
I write the script that does it instead.
Tell me the two systems and which way the data should move. Within a day you get a one page plan: which records sync, what triggers each run, and how the same record is recognised on both sides so nothing is ever written twice. You approve it before I write any code.
Then I build it against test credentials, never your live data. We run it together on your real accounts once, watching the output, because a wrong field mapping is obvious in that moment and cheap to fix. After that it runs on a schedule.
The part most people skip is what happens when the other side is down. Timeouts, three retries with increasing delays, rate limiting so you never get banned, and a circuit breaker that stops hammering a dead service. When one API failed during a real run of my own platform, the other two finished and the failure was reported with its reason.
