Poor project and culture fit. I had a very challenging time vetting simple technical decisions and implementation plans because of his convoluted and unnecessary technical jargon. At times very impatient. Was fun to work with in the beginning until it became apparent that there was a competency gap.. Wish him all the best and hope he finds success with other projects.
