Concept level design in Unreal Engine
I submitted a very specific and detailed project description, with a completely objective way to measure whether the project was completed successfully. I specifically designed the project so that successful completion would not be subjective, but entirely measurable and objective.
Before the contract began, I clarified the goal multiple times and requested, in writing and in detail, 100% confirmation that the freelancer fully understood the objective, what a successful outcome would look like, and exactly how success would be measured. I received that confirmation from the freelancer multiple times before the contract began.
Once we started the project, every time the freelancer submitted a part of the work or showed progress, I reiterated the same goal and the same measurement criteria because none of the iterations looked like they were going to achieve the objective. However, he continued to reiterate that he fully understood the goal and was fully capable of achieving it. Even when I said during the project that I did not think the work was getting anywhere near the objective and that perhaps we should simply end the contract (I even suspected I'm being scammed at some point), he insisted that he knew what he was doing and would achieve the agreed-upon objective.
Unfortunately, that never happened. The goal was not anywhere near achieved, and I wasted a significant amount of time on the project.
The reason I am not giving 0 or 1 stars is that the freelancer genuinely worked very hard to achieve the goal. He simply could not. At one point, he said that achieving such a goal would require a team or a much higher budget. Even if that was true, and it is not, then why submit a proposal in the first place and repeatedly confirm that you can achieve it every step of the way?
In any case, I cannot take away from the fact that he worked very hard. For that reason, I also did not request a refund, despite paying approximately 70% of the project price and receiving a result that has zero utility for me. I felt that his hard work deserved to be acknowledged, even though he repeatedly put himself in this situation by continuing to assure me that he could deliver the agreed-upon result.
I honestly do not know what advice I could give future clients to make sure their objective is understood and that the freelancer is actually capable of achieving what they are looking for. I do not think I could have been clearer or asked for more confirmation than I did. I literally did so dozens of times. Fefore the project, throughout the project, and toward the end. Pretty much at every interaction.

Bahawalpur, Pakistan - 1:41 am local time
Recent work: Ludo with live matchmaking, RTS with Rise of Kingdoms style systems, Monopoly style trading logic, FPS survival shooter.
I moved into full time Unity/Unreal single/multiplayer development after initial contracts here the job count you'll see is from that earlier phase, and the game dev work is what I've focused on since.
I'm a Unity and Unreal Engine game developer specializing in mobile and PC game development, with strong C# and C++ skills for building polished, production-ready games from prototype to launch.
My core focus is Unity game development for Android and iOS, with strong hands-on expertise in online multiplayer / PvP systems and in-app purchase (IAP) integration the two features most mobile game clients need done right. I also build for Unreal Engine on PC and Steam, covering 3D game design, combat and adventure mechanics, and game prototyping.
What I bring to your project:
- End-to-end game development: Game design, mechanics, level design, and game audio integration
- Real-time multiplayer & PvP systems (including Photon Unity Networking, Firebase), built and shipped, not just theoretical
- In-app purchases, monetization, user authentication, and live-service backend integration
- Unity & C# for cross-platform mobile games (Android App Development, iOS Development, iPad App Development)
- Unreal Engine & C++ for PC/desktop games and 3D game design
- Social media/chat integrations, review & feedback systems, and in-app search for engagement-focused apps
- 3D animation, prototyping, hybrid app development, and game UI/UX design
- Game testing/QA to ensure smooth, bug-free releases
I also handle visual design and asset creation to ensure a cohesive player experience. Using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows, I can produce polished UI/UX, 2D/3D assets, and high-resolution backgrounds that match your game's aesthetic without needing external artists.
My Genre range where I have experience of design and development:
Action, Adventure, RPG, FPS, TPS, Strategy, Real-Time Strategy (RTS), Turn-Based Strategy (TBS), Tower Defense, Multiplayer Online Battle Arena , Battle Royale, Survival, Horror, Stealth, Open World, Simulation, Life Simulation, Vehicle Simulation, Sports, Racing, Fighting, Beat 'em Up, Platformer, Puzzle, Match-3, Point-and-Click, Rhythm, Roguelike, Card Game, Board Game, Trivia, Educational, Idle, Clicker, MMO, MMORPG, City Builder, Mining, Tycoon / Management, Pinball, Endless Runner, Text-Based, Word Game, Hidden Object, Escape Room, Physics-Based, Tactical Shooter, Shooting
Whether you need a PvP multiplayer mobile game with a solid monetization strategy, a 3D combat title in Unreal, or ongoing Unity development support, I focus on clean, maintainable code and gameplay that's fun to play and built to retain players. Let's discuss your project and I'll help you scope it right from the start.
