Most of my work falls into three buckets: payment and banking integrations, multi-tenant SaaS on .NET and Next.js, and AI-powered tools that automate the boring parts of a business.
Recent projects:
▸ Kortalausnir (Iceland) — Integrated Íslandsbanki's PSD2 / Open Banking API. The kind of work where OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and certificate setup all need to line up perfectly before anything works. Debugged realm mismatches and redirect URI issues in production.
▸ Routd (Logistics) — Scoped and estimated a multi-stakeholder logistics platform. Broke it into sprints, mapped dependencies, and gave the client a delivery plan they could actually budget against.
▸ Pharmacy Invoicing System — Built automation that handles invoice generation and dispatch for a pharmacy operation. Replaced manual work that was eating hours every day.
▸ Lead Pipeline Automation Tool (in progress) — Next.js, Supabase, and the Claude API. Aggregates and scores incoming leads, surfaces the best matches, and tracks the pipeline end-to-end.
