WHY LONG-TERM WORKS BETTER
Handing a codebase to a new contractor every quarter is how products rot. Context gets lost, architecture drifts, and each new person rebuilds instead of extends.
When I stay, decisions compound. I know why the schema looks like that, which shortcut we took under deadline, and what breaks if you change it.
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING, ONE PERSON
Most teams hire a designer, then a developer, then spend three weeks translating between them. I do both, which removes that gap.
I run discovery, map user flows, design in Figma, build the design system, then implement it myself in React and Next.js. Nothing is lost in handoff because there is no handoff. Nothing gets designed that can't be built.
For founders without a design team, you get from idea to a real product without hiring twice. For teams that already have designers, you get someone who implements their work to spec instead of approximating it.

HOW I WORK
I'm Founder and CTO of StellarStack, so I've lived with my own architecture decisions for years, not weeks.
I start with the business goal, not the ticket what you're measuring, your real constraints, and what this system looks like in eighteen months. That produces a plan with scope, milestones and rollout, instead of a stream of commits.
I build it so your team could own it: typed end to end, documented, no dependency on me. Then I usually stay anyway, because most clients would rather keep shipping than manage a handover. If you need more capacity than one person, my team at StellarStack scales up around the work.
