Lets start with the positive points:
- Wasseem and Tallah are both really smart and skilled
- Good English
- Good understanding of business needs
- Good business man
The reason why this review is not as good as it could be, is that as soon as they got the contract they added a junior developer to my project, which had not the necessary skills needed for an advanced project. The responsible people only managed the calls. After discussing with them, we agreed that he will be doing the work himself again but after future checks i could see in the logs that still most of the work is performed by the junior and not the senior, which was presented in the job interview. Do to the lack of knowledge the project moved very slow and we could not present a data tables after 2 months of work. In regards of this, Iāve decided to cut the cord and end the collaboration immediately.
