Nahid was wonderful to work with. He exectured on the scope of work and requirements and was quick to resolve some smaller issues. We re-allocated some funding and resources and wrapped the contract earlier than anticipated, but will definitely continue to use Nahid for other projects.

- I architected the Indiana First Steps platform for the US government — a HIPAA-compliant early intervention system with multi-agency data sharing and eligibility logic that had to be right, because the people depending on it couldn't afford for it not to be.
- I was a Technical CEO for a US utility SaaS company, where I designed the backend infrastructure managing 10,000+ households daily. IoT device networks, real-time data processing, the works. That one taught me a lot about what "scale" actually means versus what people say it means in job posts.
- I led frontend architecture for Rebel Walls, a global e-commerce brand that needed cinematic performance across markets. High-traffic, high-stakes, zero tolerance for slow.
How I work:
I've held CTO, Product Lead, and Scrum Master roles — so I've sat on both sides of the founder-engineer tension enough times to know where it usually goes wrong. My job is to close that gap: give you an honest read on what's feasible, tell you when a scope is going to bite you later, and ship code that the next developer won't curse me for.
I also run Kinetik Dynamics, which means if your project suddenly needs to move fast, I have senior engineers I trust who work under my direct oversight. Not outsourced. Not farmed out. I'm still the one responsible.
