Expert Flutter and Node Developer Needed to finish building an app
Working with Kumar didn't quite hit the mark we were aiming for particularly in terms of the quality.
I made sure to stress how important it was for us to follow the industry benchmark standards which I communicated to Kumar at the outset and he eagerly agreed to these terms.
I’m a non technical founder and I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to coding but my team does. Initially we did a test sprint to see if we’d be a good fit but after reviewing the initial work, it was clear that the quality and adherence to best coding practices were missing. Despite Kumar's assurance that his work aligned with these standards, our technical evaluations revealed that wasn’t the case.
Kumar then started arguing that our expectations weren’t aligning for a fixed cost project and tried to get us to switch to an hourly model but it’s baffling that he accepted the contract knowing he wouldn’t be able to deliver the quality we had in mind.
The bottom line is, the quality was lacking and unfortunately we weren’t able to use any of Kumars contributions.
