TIER 1 - A simple web application with limited functionality and logic and not a very complex design. This tier is highly recommended for people that need a specific problem solved and they want it done through an application without a lot of bells and whistles.
TIER 2 - A regular application with a wonderful design and custom functionality based on your needs. This tier is destined for people who might need their application to do multiple things that are more complex. In this tier, we can talk about more complex processes, actions and custom-built solutions. I would recommend this one for those who need a all-around complete application but are not on the enterprise level.
TIER 3 - Enterprise level application built for large-scale use. This can include all the functionality your business needs. Includes development from start to finish and also the possibility to work long term in adding features and improvements. If any of the users of the application will notice bugs or unexpected behaviour, I will offer 1 year of free maintenance and bug fixing.
