With 15 years of progressively responsible experience in IT and Supply Chain Management, I have specialized in Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Control, Purchase & Procurement Management, Sourcing, and Supplier/Vendor Management for over a decade.
I have a proven record of developing complete supply chain processes — Plan, Buy, Make & Deliver — through effective integration between departments, enabling real-time purchasing, real-time production, and real-time distribution of finished goods to dealer points.
I’ve successfully implemented integrated software systems for Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) and am an expert in process integration of SCM, LCM, MRP, DTS, and PSM.
