Data Base creation
The data base that I asked for was never truly ready to use nor was it complete. I take partial blame for the fact I lack the knowledge to truly over see a project of this nature. I needed someone that could put it all together in a way that it would work for what I was trying to do at the time. I can not affectively grade his performance so I have left 5 star ratings.
