We have been working with Ashraf for nearly two years and he did a great job . He is professional in his work , communicates very well, understands the tasks , and gives suggestions to improve the work . Our projects were complex ones including machine learning , deep learning , and advanced deep learning models and other innovative models ; and he delivered all of them in their exact due dates and sometimes even before. Arabic NLP Expert Needed – Sentiment Analysis Using ML & LLM Models
I worked with this freelancer and overall, he has the technical skills to get the job done. He works fast, is well-organized, and very punctual with deadlines — which is definitely a strong point. In general, he is skilled at execution and knows how to implement tasks properly.
That said, I faced several challenges during our collaboration:
Flexibility & Collaboration: He is extremely strict when it comes to contracts and instructions, and charges for every single change. For example, we spent a full hour arguing just about renaming a Database/DataFrame, while another developer solved the same issue for me in less than ten minutes. This shows he can be quite uncooperative and rigid at times instead of being solution-oriented.
Academic/Analytical Accuracy: While he is good at implementing solutions, when it comes to Machine Learning and Topic Detection projects, he did not always carefully review or validate the results. I often had to double-check and fix errors myself, because his output lacked deeper scientific analysis and accuracy.
In summary: If you need someone fast, punctual, and technically capable, he is a solid choice. But be very precise with your contract and instructions, and be aware that he is not very flexible. You may also need to personally review the results to ensure academic accuracy.
