Custom Backend/Frontend Panel for WHMCS! Freelancer wanted 20 hours to "review" the code, the code review took exactly 20 hours which was more than what was needed to review the basic code.

Then I was sent an estimate of how much it would cost. This estimate was exaggerated to the extreme, as a PHP Developer my self (me and my friend) went through their "estimates" and found it all laughable.

A simple task was noted to take 6 hours, such as "updating email" via WHMCS. Coding this takes 10 minutes at a max, and even less when using Laravel.

I am very dissapointed.
