You will get WordPress performance and technical audit with a prioritised action plan

Project details
I’ll carry out a structured technical and performance audit of your WordPress website to identify what is slowing it down, creating technical problems or limiting its effectiveness.
Depending on the selected package, I’ll review front-end performance, mobile and desktop loading, Core Web Vitals indicators, theme and plugin behaviour, caching, asset loading, WordPress configuration and relevant technical SEO issues.
You’ll receive a prioritised report separating important fixes, quick wins and lower-priority recommendations, with clear explanations of what I found and what I recommend doing next.
This project is an audit and action plan rather than an implementation package. If you would like me to carry out any recommended fixes afterwards, we can scope that work separately.

About Tim
WordPress & WooCommerce Developer | Custom Builds, Themes, Fixes & SEO
Stafford, United Kingdom - 12:39 pm local time
I help businesses build, improve and troubleshoot WordPress and WooCommerce websites, from custom theme and plugin development through to performance issues, integrations and difficult bugs.
My work goes beyond installing themes and plugins. I’m comfortable working directly with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress internals and third-party APIs to identify the underlying cause of a problem and implement a reliable solution.
I can help with:
• WordPress website development, redesigns and customisation• WooCommerce development and troubleshooting• Custom themes, plugins and PHP functionality• Bug fixing and inherited-site rescue work• Website performance and WordPress optimisation• Technical SEO and SEO audits• Website migrations, maintenance and ongoing support
My technical experience includes WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL, alongside web design, usability and technical SEO.
Earlier in my career, I led a team of five to seven developers and managed client projects from discovery and planning through to testing and launch. That experience means I’m comfortable discussing requirements, identifying risks and explaining technical decisions clearly, rather than simply writing code in isolation.
Whether you have a detailed brief, an existing WordPress site that needs improving, or a problem you can’t quite diagnose, I can assess the situation, explain the options clearly and help you choose the most practical way forward.
