Malware removal - Extended malware issues
He is always available and helpful, now in our case the Malware issue was much more than he could handle, so the blame is more on us than on him. Our SEO hack was huge with over 500K reproduced links, and definetly too much to handle for this freelancer. It took our team an additional 2 weeks to eliminate and another 3 months to recover.
Bottom line if you have a large security breach dont reply on a freelancer, get a security specialist.
