From there I'll start some standard time-saving practices like image compression, gzip, minification, deferred script loading, etc. Some of this may be done already - but I'll double-check.
I'll then look to see if we can save some bandwidth on page size - wherever possible. That's just the beginning. I can optimize for perfect scores on tools, or we can shoot for the fastest load times. There IS a difference.
