WordPress Performance Optimization Engineer
One of the best hires ever. 100 out of 100. Hire Dylan without hesitation.
Here's what he delivered:
✅ Site speed: From 8–10+ second load times (yes, insanely slow prior to hiring him) → extremely fast, mid-to-high 90s (even 100) on performance benchmarks
✅ Team oversight: Managed a newly hired development team with a steady hand to the point where they felt comfortable taking over
✅ Azure cleanup: Inherited a mess from a previous team — audited, cut waste, made it efficient and sustainable
✅ Leadership: Made me a better manager by coaching me to stay high-view and trust technical experts
The cumulative effect was bigger than the sum of those parts. Hiring Dylan gave us our mission back (and actually helped refine it). Speed Optimization of WordPress site Using the Divi Theme
