Speed up site and cloudflare
THis was an excellent experience. Kavita is clearly highly knowledgable, moved me off of my proposed (expensive) solution idea for speeding up the site to another idea she came up with. When we determined my site wasn't right for that, she came up with another solution which significnatly improved site speed, along with recommendations for tools my developers should use, going forward. Clear communication along the way. I will be back to use Kavita again in the future, no question. Highly recommended.

My Execution Strategy for Speed Optimisation
1. Initial Audit & Benchmarking the current report - Google PageSpeed Insights
2. Identify bottlenecks in Speed Index parameters - FCP, LCP, TBT, SI, and CLS
3. If CMS allow staging, create staging and perform all techniques
- code minification, critical/used css, lazy-load, defer, font optimization and reduce on initial page weight
4. Server and CDN cache integrations
My plan of execution for Core Web Vitals fixes
1. All steps of the above Speed optimization will be performed
2. I will ensure we get the LCP 2.5 sec and CLS green
3. Modify CDN integration as per need, also suggest the best server initial response time with avoiding downtime
4. Submission of pages for validation in Google Search Console.
Note: It passed pages that report gets fetched and updated at GSC. For less traffic-based pages or having slow server response, it usually fails and will have to resubmit those again. I prefer to monitor it and boost the failing URLs if there is any room for improvement.
A lot of CMSs have their own CDN and server control, and they do not allow CDN integration.
