Svelte Project for React and Vue Devs
Vincent has a great attitude, is a good team player and he was a good communicator, as well. Maybe his skills were not a solid 5*, since we worked with him on something that was challenging him, as well as us. But we knew this from the get-go and it was expected. We asked him to help us since we were time-constrained and he did. When work was needed to redo things, he did. When we asked him to create/extract the design we had from the designer but in our constraints (toolset, stack, etc), he did. Is there room for improvement with him? Yes, there is, but you know what to expect and you plan accordingly. All in all, a great team player and a person we would love to work with again.
