I configure OpenAI/ChatGPT and/or Claude to classify, extract, summarize, route, or draft from approved CRM inputs. Your CRM remains the source of truth. Outputs use defined fields and confidence/fallback rules; any live write, message, merge, deletion, payment, or access change stays human-approved.
