Project details

Moving CRMs is where businesses quietly lose a decade of history. Notes, dates, attachments and the jobs that prove what you did for whom.

I migrate with a scripted pipeline, not by hand, and the reason is accuracy rather than speed. On an ACT! to Jobber migration I ran, the automation caught a timezone fault that had rolled 14% of service dates onto the wrong day, and a formatting problem that mis-aligned notes for around 950 clients. Nobody transcribing records one at a time finds either of those. They ship them.

That project: 11,000+ clients, 22,500 historical jobs, 38,470 notes and 390 documents, zero data loss, and no disruption while they kept running jobs every day. Their new account was already live, so records were matched and enriched instead of duplicated.

Start with the Starter tier if you want to see exactly what lands before committing anything. That is how the migration above started.

Two questions worth answering before you order: what can your old system actually export, and does the new account already have records in it? Both change the job significantly. Message me and I'll scope it properly.

Django Developer (L1.5 to L2.0), Paid Trial (5 hours) Uzair was great to work with. He communicated clearly, delivered tasks reliably, and adapted well to our existing Django codebase and workflows. His work was consistent and professional, and we'd be happy to collaborate again on future projects.

Your office shouldn't be retyping the same job into three systems. I fix that for home services contractors. Eight production CRM integrations at a $2.3M ARR SaaS, plus migrations and AI agents that answer the phone and book the job.

I'm Rana. I was the core engineer on CRM automation at Alivo, an AI sales and scheduling platform for contractors. I built and owned eight production CRM integrations there, along with the AI voice agents that call leads, qualify them, and book straight into the contractor's calendar. Now I do that same work directly for the businesses that need it.

WHAT I DO

CRM integration and automation. Connecting the tools you already run so data moves on its own. Booking and cancellation sync, lead intake with deduplication, job status updates, invoices and payments into your accounting software, two-way sync between your CRM and anything else you use.

CRM migration, done with scripts instead of by hand. I moved a Florida contractor off ACT! into Jobber: 11,000+ clients, 22,500 historical jobs, 38,470 notes and 390 documents, with zero data loss and no disruption while they kept running jobs every day. Automated migration isn't only faster. It catches problems manual entry ships silently. That project turned up a timezone fault that had rolled 14% of service dates onto the wrong day, and a formatting issue that mis-aligned notes for around 950 clients. Nobody copying records by hand finds either of those.

AI calling agents and lead automation. Agents that answer your phone or call a new lead within seconds, hold a real conversation, check live availability across your calendars, and book the job. Plus SMS and email follow-up that stops itself when the customer replies or books. Built on Twilio, ElevenLabs and OpenAI, with opt-in and opt-out tracked properly so your numbers stay clean.

Custom internal tools. When your workflow doesn't fit an off-the-shelf product, I build the piece that does.

CRMS AND TOOLS I WORK WITH

Jobber, ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, RoofLink, Leap (JobProgress), Contractors Cloud, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, monday, com, Follow Up Boss, Acumatica.

QuickBooks Online and Xero for accounting. EagleView, HOVER and CompanyCam for measurements and photos. ABC Supply for materials. Twilio, SendGrid, ElevenLabs, OpenAI and Google Local Services Ads for communication and lead sources.

Zapier and Make when no-code is genuinely the right answer. Python when it isn't.

HOW I WORK

I start with the actual bottleneck. Plenty of clients come to me wanting one automation and leave with a map of everything worth automating, in the order that makes sense to do it. If a simple Zap solves your problem, I'll tell you that instead of selling you a build.

I raise the awkward parts early. What happens when a customer cancels. How duplicates get handled. What breaks if one system goes down. Whether your history comes across or only new records. Those are the things that sink integrations, and they cost a lot less to discuss before the work than after it.

Everything gets logged, tested, and built so it can be safely re-run. If something fails at 2am you should be able to see exactly what happened and why.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Contractors and home services companies who've outgrown manual data entry. Roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, restoration, and the trades around them. Agencies serving that market. And SaaS teams who need CRM integrations inside their own product for their users, which is exactly what I built at Alivo.

Tell me what your team is doing by hand right now and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.
