I will clean, standardize, and validate your client-authorized CSV or Excel data and deliver an organized, analysis-ready file.
Depending on the selected package, the workflow can include duplicate removal, whitespace cleanup, consistent capitalization, date and phone formatting, missing-value checks, email-format validation, field standardization, issue logging, and a validation summary.
I use Python and Excel-compatible tools to apply repeatable cleanup rules while preserving the original structure whenever possible. Uncertain or invalid values are flagged rather than silently guessed.
The Standard package includes a detailed issue log. The Advanced package also includes a reusable Python script, README instructions, and validation report.
This service does not include VBA or macro development, dashboard creation, formula reconstruction, accounting decisions, CRM administration, external research, or data enrichment. Revisions cover corrections within the originally agreed files, fields, and cleanup rules.
