I move contacts, companies, deals, tickets, invoices, files, notes and history from one system into another, and I keep the connections between them. Owners stay owners, dates stay dates, and the history does not turn into one long text field.
On the way through, the data gets cleaner than it was: duplicates merged, phone numbers and dates normalised, dead records flagged for you to decide on. Nothing gets deleted quietly.
Every migration runs on a copy first. You look at a sample, we correct the mapping, and only then does the real import happen, with a backup and a documented way back.
Typical moves are HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Zoho, Excel and old in house databases into a new CRM, a new tool or your own Supabase.

Nothing touches your live system first. I import into a sandbox, you check a sample and we fix the mapping before it counts.
