Exported customer lists, sign-up sheets and old CRM dumps tend to have the same problems: the same company entered four different ways, emails with stray spaces or capitals, dates in three formats in one column, names with trailing whitespace that quietly breaks every lookup you build on top of them, and duplicate rows that inflate every count you report.
I go through it and give you one consistent file. Duplicates merged rather than blindly deleted, so you don't lose the row that had the phone number on it. Dates in one format. Text trimmed and cased consistently. Numbers stored as numbers, not text pretending to be numbers.
You also get a short note listing what I changed and how many rows it affected, so you can sanity-check the result instead of taking my word for it. If something looks genuinely ambiguous, I flag it and ask rather than guessing.

I profile the file first
I count how many rows are affected by each problem before touching anything, so we both know the scale of it and nothing gets changed silently.
I clean and merge, not delete
When two rows are the same record, I combine what each one knows rather than keeping the first and dropping the rest, so you don't lose a phone number or an address.
