I spent 11 years in corporate banking at VietinBank, finishing as Head of
Corporate Banking, where I managed a ~$400M credit portfolio across
manufacturing, textiles, real estate, construction and solar energy. My job was
reading financial statements, inventory reports and cash-flow forecasts and
deciding whether the numbers could be trusted. Since 2019 I've run a 300-room
hospitality and rental business with a team of 30.
In 2021 I got tired of software that didn't fit how the business actually ran
and started building it myself. Today I'm the sole full-stack developer on six
production systems.
ERP, INVENTORY & BACK-OFFICE — my core work
- Stock movements, purchasing, invoicing, payments, month-end reporting
- PostgreSQL schema design around append-only ledgers, so every number traces
back to a source document
- Reports that reconcile with the books, because I've been the person who had
to answer for them
Built for a manufacturer (2022), a retail bakery (2023) and my own 300-room
rental business (2021) - all still in daily use.
AI, TTS & SAAS
- Vietnamese voice-cloning platform: FastAPI + Redis queue + GPU worker, with
Piper/VITS and F5-TTS models I fine-tuned myself on a single 8GB GPU rather
than paying per character
- Whisper transcript pipeline, FFmpeg rendering with forced-alignment
subtitles, JWT auth, credit ledger, plan quotas
- I audit model licences before shipping, which matters when the output is
commercial
