Project details

If your team copies data between Sheets by hand, sends the same report every Monday or digs through Gmail for attachments, that is a script, not a job. Google Apps Script lives inside your Workspace and does these chores on a schedule, for free, with no extra platforms to pay for.

I write scripts that move data between Sheets, send reports by email, file Drive documents, clean up inboxes and sync calendars. Everything runs in your own Google account, with triggers set up and error alerts so failures never stay silent.

You also get a short plain-language guide, so the script is yours to adjust, not a black box. I have automated my own reporting and client workflows this way for years, so I know where Apps Script quietly breaks and how to build around it.

I build AI chatbots and automations that keep running after handover

I build AI systems that go into production and keep running.

Two of them are running right now. A Prague salon was leaving Google reviews unanswered, because nobody had time and the two owners read different languages. My agent watches the mailbox, drafts a reply in whatever language the customer wrote in, and sends it to the owner's phone. One tap publishes it to Google. Nothing goes out without that tap.

The second is a sales assistant on Telegram. It answers in four languages, transcribes voice notes, and when someone asks for a human the conversation switches over: their messages land in my Telegram, I reply, and the answer comes back in the same chat. No thread that dies.

Before those: a custom GPT for SEO metadata with an eligibility gate and a QC checklist built in, which the client stress-tested for three days and left five stars. A product knowledge base of about 220 items across seven categories, with versioning, role-based access and export straight into the client's own template. A 64-page business website in four languages, built and shipped solo.

Day to day I work with the Claude and OpenAI APIs, Python, n8n, Make and Zapier. When someone's automation breaks, I usually find it faster than the person who built it.

Where I'm strongest is the unglamorous part most people skip. Making sure a restart or a crash never double-sends and never silently drops a message. Cleaning the source material before it ever goes into a knowledge base. Writing a test set of 30 to 50 questions so you can prove the thing works instead of hoping. Checking every deployment in a real browser before I call it done.

What you get: source code and documentation with every delivery, honest timelines, and a bug-fix commitment after handover. I work async, and my day overlaps European mornings and US afternoons.

Languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, Czech (basic).
