When database size is greater than 100 MB, it is recommended to export or import that using mysql command line in ssh.
Most hosting providers now-a-days provides ssh service where with ssh access and linux commands database backup can be done. So, using the process I will export and import your site database according to your needs. If necessary upon discussion I can keep the backup of your database or I can deliver you as zip file also so that you can keep it for your future references.
Please note: This project is for one database only. If you have multiple databases you need to have separate project for each of the databases.

Accessing into site with ssh
With putty and ppk file created from ssh private key (needs to be provided), I will access into shell of the site where I have command line leverage with which I can get into site database.
Export/import the database
When I have command line leverage, using mysql command I will export or import your required database.
