BEM and SCSS are used only when appropriate and approved. The site stays visually the same — what changes is maintainability. You receive the same look on clean code plus short conventions for your team. Visual changes (that's covered by a separate visual-refresh service) and JavaScript refactoring are not included. This makes future work faster and cheaper and reduces bugs caused by tangled styles.
