William managed to excel my usual experience and expectations with developers. He showed up every day, once he had his brief, not only was he on time but often would start at 6-7AM to get a huge chunk of the work done before we began.
Williams's communication was great, we had frequent calls to discuss tasks in detail. There was never a point where I couldn't reach William through the day, which is often a huge issue with developers.
William was even willing to work late without request to get the job done, if needed.
