You will get your SaaS MVP built with NestJS, Next.js and PostgreSQL

Project details
Most MVPs fail one of two ways. Either the scope grows until the launch date stops meaning anything, or the first version is built so carelessly it has to be thrown away the moment real users arrive.
This project avoids both.
The scope is fixed by count, not by opinion. Each tier gives you a specific number of screens and a specific number of endpoints. You know exactly what you are buying and I know exactly what I am building, so the delivery date is a real date rather than a hope.
The code is built the way a product that survives is built. NestJS on the backend with a properly designed PostgreSQL schema, Next.js on the frontend, everything typed, running in Docker, deployed to your own cloud account with a pipeline that ships on every push. You own the repository from day one.
I build production systems for a living: multi-tenant SaaS platforms, backends serving real traffic, deployments on AWS. The same discipline goes into your
If your idea is larger than a tier, message me before you order and I will tell you honestly what to cut for version one.

About Syed
Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer | Multi-Tenant SaaS, AI Agents | NestJS
Karachi, Pakistan - 3:42 am local time
They fail because ownership is split. The backend dev finishes, the frontend dev starts, DevOps is someone else's problem, and on launch day three people own three pieces and nobody owns the product.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲. I take your product from spec to production as a single point of ownership: schema, API, frontend, deployment, monitoring. And I stay on it after launch.
▪ Production systems running in fleet operations, hospitality, fitness, government open data and B2B SaaS
▪ AI Agents · RAG Systems · Multi-Tenant SaaS · Real-Time Platforms · React Native
▪ NestJS · PostgreSQL · Next.js · AWS. One engineer, idea to deployed.

🔹 A multi-tenant platform that merged three near identical client systems into one backend. Every tenant gets an isolated database resolved per request, with tenant scoped WebSocket channels so no data crosses between accounts.
🔹 An AI agent that takes restaurant orders and catering bookings over WhatsApp and voice, running 24/7 with no human in the loop. It uses hybrid keyword plus vector search, because pure vector search kept inventing prices. The order state machine has 90% test coverage.
🔹 Retell voice agents and QR code kiosk check-ins running live inside an auto parts marketplace, replacing manual call handling and manual intake.
🔹 A real-time platform for a fleet of 500+ electric scooters: live GPS tracking, geofencing alerts and battery health monitoring. It automated roughly half of the manual fleet workload.
🔹 A fitness platform for Pilates instructors: NestJS API, React admin panel, and a React Native app live on both the App Store and Google Play, with one subscription model working across Stripe, Apple IAP and Google Play Billing.
🔹 A government open data portal serving 3,652 datasets in Arabic and English with full right to left support.

RAG over your own documents, voice agents on live phone lines, n8n workflows that replace manual operations. Real LLM pipelines with multi model fallback, not a ChatGPT wrapper that breaks on the fifth prompt.
🏢 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
If you are onboarding your second or your tenth customer and the architecture is starting to hurt, this is the problem I know best. Tenant isolation, per request resolution, and migrations that don't take the platform down.
🚀 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀, 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲
Idea to a live URL: schema, API, web app, React Native mobile app, cloud, CI/CD and monitoring. You get a product, not a folder of files.
🤝 𝗢𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿
When there is no technical co-founder in the room, I hold the roadmap with you week to week so releases keep moving instead of stalling between contractors.
I also take rescue work: payments failing quietly, auth nobody wants to touch, integrations breaking one flow at a time, deploys that feel like a gamble.

I write about the decisions behind this work at tmrlabs.dev/blog. Why I chose Postgres row level security over filtering in application code. Why pure vector search hallucinated exact prices and how adding BM25 fixed it. Why my AI agent runs on a state machine instead of a longer prompt. Go and judge the thinking yourself.

✅ You have a product with real users, or an MVP that is about to meet them
✅ You want one engineer who owns the outcome end to end, not three contractors owning three pieces
✅ You value being told what will not work before you pay for it
𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳
───────────────
❌ Price is your first filter
❌ You need a finished platform in a week
❌ You need deep Kubernetes or Terraform platform engineering. I run production on Docker, Nginx, AWS and GitHub Actions, and I will say so in the first message rather than after you have paid.

Send me a paragraph about what you are building. I will reply with how I would approach it, what I would need from you, and anything I think will not work.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Syed can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Syed receives requirements from you.
Syed works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Scope call and written plan.
We agree exactly which screens and endpoints are in the build and which are not. You get that in writing before any code is written.
Data model and API.
I design the PostgreSQL schema and build the NestJS backend with the agreed endpoints, typed and tested.
