I enter your site link on PageSpeed Insights, so Google itself gives me pointers in relation to what is causing the slowdown. After all, we want to make it a priority the site is compliant with them, so it recommends us in the future.

I proceed to eliminate all that code from apps that were installed in the past and are no longer at the store, reducing images size, Minify CSS and JavaScript where possible, and reduce the number of HTTP requests.
