You will get your webhook or API failure diagnosed and stabilized

Project details
A failed webhook is rarely solved by staring at one error. The break may be in payload shape, authentication, signature validation, acknowledgement timing, status codes, retries, or duplicate processing. I will trace the failing delivery, reproduce a safe test path, and show exactly where the contract breaks. You receive request and response evidence, a clear root-cause assessment, and prioritized repair steps. Standard adds broader reliability checks and retesting; Advanced includes a bounded repair of up to two agreed, reproducible defects in one existing Python, FastAPI, or Node service. My Webhook Sentinel portfolio sample demonstrates delivery inspection, incident timelines, failure reproduction, and controlled recovery with synthetic events. New integrations, architecture redesign, penetration testing, vendor outages, and production deployment are outside this project unless separately scoped.

About Bertin
AI App QA & Automation Rescue | APIs, React, FastAPI
Abilene, United States - 4:25 am local time
I help founders and small teams diagnose and stabilize existing AI-built web apps and automations. I reproduce the problem, trace the data flow, test critical paths, repair a clearly bounded issue, and document what was verified.
I can help with:
• Launch-readiness and software QA audits
• Functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing
• Bug reports with reproduction steps, evidence, severity, and priority
• REST API, webhook, authentication, and third-party integration troubleshooting
• React frontend and FastAPI/Python backend debugging
• MongoDB persistence and data-flow checks
• Background jobs, caching, error handling, monitoring, and local deployment
• Ecommerce checkout, payment, analytics, and conversion-event QA
My self-directed full-stack projects use React, FastAPI, Python, MongoDB, REST APIs, WebSockets, scheduled jobs, external data providers, and structured AI synthesis. I have also worked through hosted-to-local migrations, credential isolation, health checks, startup automation, and repeatable verification workflows.
I use AI-assisted tools for speed, but I treat generated code as unverified until it is inspected and tested. You receive clear communication about what I confirmed, what I inferred, and what still requires access. I do not promise bug-free software, revenue, trading performance, or results that cannot be verified.
A good first project is one broken integration, one unreliable workflow, or a paid launch-readiness audit. Send your stack, expected behavior, current symptom, relevant error or screenshot, and deadline. I’ll recommend a focused diagnostic or repair with a clear scope.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Bertin can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Bertin receives requirements from you.
Bertin works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Confirm the safe diagnostic plan
I review the systems, failed event, available evidence, agreed scope, and safety boundaries.
Reproduce and trace the failure
I inspect the payload, headers, authentication or signature, acknowledgement timing, status codes, retries, and duplicate behavior in scope.
