American Agency Looking For US-Based Part-Time Project Manager
August and his team were very helpful in providing us ad hoc project management for some of our smaller or short-term projects when needed. Those type of projects are typically difficult for us because we don't have enough to keep a single PM allocated to them, and bringing on freelancers on our own had a lot of ramp up and ramp down time, and we couldn't guarantee another project afterwards, so we were having a lot of new faces and churn due to the unpredictable nature of sales, feast and famine cycles, etc.
August and his team were able to provide some stability to provide us with a rotation of project managers that we could pull from as needed, which was very helpful. All project managers on his team that we worked with were US-based, great communicators, and excellent with follow-up and task management.
