Fix integration from Ecwid, wix, books to Zoho CRM.
Parmeet did not complete several tasks to an adequate standard and had difficulty following instructions and taking responsibility for mistakes.
His most recent project was to set up four webhooks between Shopify and Zoho Flow. I had already created one webhook and the Shopify developer app, and clearly instructed him to use the existing setup. However, he recreated them despite those instructions.
The task was simply to establish a basic connection with Zoho Flow and Zoho CRM, after which I would take over and complete the CRM configuration. Nevertheless, he recorded 10.5 hours for the work. He appears to have spent considerable time attempting to fully sync the data with Zoho CRM, even though this was outside the agreed scope and he didn't have instructions on how this should be synced.
On a previous job, a function he modified stopped all leads from syncing from ManyChat to our CRM. When I raised the issue after we noticed several hundred missing leads, he said his function could not have caused it. However, after several hours of troubleshooting, I discovered that he had not included the instructions in the coding required for the CRM to run its workflows.
When we discussed these issues, his response was, “Delete it and I’ll refund you.” I explained that I preferred to review the agreed instructions and correct the recorded hours. He agreed to speak the following day but never contacted me and left the hours unchanged despite knowing they were disputed.
He can keep the money, but based on my experience, I would not recommend working with him.
