• You will get a training or diet plan (or both, depending on the package you choose) for 1 month. Before that, we will do an initial consultation (can be through call or text) so you can tell me what foods you like/dislike, your goals and needs (if you chose diet) and your previous experience, goals, and requirements (if you chose training).
• All plans are personalized, which means I make them only for your goals and needs.
• The project does not include check-ins, for that, you can contact me through messages.
