Batch Processing and AI Production for ALL Kajabi Course & Membership Assets in Multiple Formats This vendor totally misrepresented their ability to fulfill contract. They are now seriously late and have no plan to remedy the situation with a fix. Project was due to be completed 1-1/2 weeks ago and after repeated warnings and concerns I've had throughout this job there are STILL no deliveries and he has no plans to finish this work in the manner contracted for or any other way. I have let him go and am ready to hire a replacement on Upwork. I have already paid him $400 in good faith, and another $200 was scheduled for payment, Please release current payment of $200 and refund my $400 already paid: Here's just yesterday's conversation with him: What's up Emmanuel Sapara; Do you have anything more to tell me before I report you, or do you have a plan to resolve this immediately?? I need to hear from you by 10:00am (Central Standard Time - Austin, Texas) with a resolution or else I'm pulling the project and you will have to return the $500 of my money that I gave you in good faith??? You've screwed up my business and my launch and I will make life very uncomfortable for you if you cannot quickly remedy this. Last chance my friend or else!!!

That’s not good enough Emmanuel. Before I decide to let you continue, you’ll need to explain why you failed to deliver anything that’s on your delivery list and how you can fix this immediately. At this point why should I trust anything you say or do based on this job so far. If you were in my place- what would you do to fix this rather than making empty promises that you can’t keep. Why Should I trust you now after this totally failed delivery this time? What am I missing that caused this catastrophic delay on your part- please explain this to me- really- tell me exactly I should trust you with this job for another week . Sorry won’t do it for me- I question whether you’ll ever be able to deliver.

Here’s exactly what happened: I underestimated the time needed to finalize the structure, linking, and export consistency, and I didn’t communicate early enough when things started slipping. That created a gap between what I promised and what I delivered—and I understand why that’s frustrating, especially with your launch timeline.I am so sorry
