As a genderqueer person, I understand the significance of feeling our external and internal selves in alignment. My particular realm of expertise is style guidance, or the use of style as a means of self-expression. During my initial consultations, I listen closely to my clients, and tailor solutions to their particular circumstances. I approach the processes of styling as more of a creative collaboration - unlocking the joy of authentic self-expression, and the relief of repurposing what is no longer needed.

I celebrate the humanness of it all - utilizing our empathy, authenticity, and collective imaginations to bring creative visions to life. The thread throughout my projects, both personal and professional, centers around the power of self-expression and developing a strong public identity. From imagination to implementation, I love helping individuals and brands grow into themselves, and stand out as one-of-a-kind in a sea of sameness.
I used my photography, marketing and creative writing skills to help a vintage clothing business called Rue St.Denis develop an online identity, immortalize their brand, and eventually get a write-up in the New York Times.
I helped make Ornithology Jazz club - now one of the most popular jazz destinations in Brooklyn - into what it is by working alongside the owners to create innovative marketing campaigns, a unique and high-end cocktail menu, curating the space with local art, and acting as manager for its first year of operation.
I started my own NY-based business shortly thereafter as a style guide: In short, I unlock the joy of self-expression through style, and the relief of repurposing our excess. I offer one-on-one guidance creating fresh looks with what you have, editing your excess, exploring tailoring/mending solutions, and shopping responsibly.”
I also create unique looks for collaborative projects like music videos, photo shoots, and performances.
Throughout my various ventures, I have enjoyed developing my skills within the art of sales. I feel a deep sense of fulfillment when I'm able to make genuine connections with clients ; connections based around honest communication, consultation, and creative problem solving in service of a favorable result for all parties involved.
