I confirm your goal and scope, then pull the baseline: Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals runs, a full crawl, and Search Console data if you shared access. Everything after this is measured against that baseline.
Technical SEO and performance analysis
Page speed culprits (LCP, CLS, INP), metadata, headings, indexation, sitemap, redirects, and internal linking on every page in scope. Each issue gets a severity and an expected impact, not just a pass/fail.
