Unfortunately, this wasn't the experience we were hoping for. While communication was generally polite, several agreed-upon deliverables were not completed, and timelines slipped without enough proactive updates. I understand the freelancer may have been dealing with personal circumstances, and I appreciate the effort that was made, but the lack of follow-through ultimately impacted our business. I hope everything is okay on their end, but based on our experience, I can't confidently recommend them for projects that require consistent execution and accountability.
