When someone asks an assistant a question in your category, it answers from a handful of pages. Yours is either one of them or it is not. The difference is rarely about how good the writing is; it comes down to whether a machine reading the page can find a clean, self-contained answer to lift, without needing the three paragraphs above it to make sense of what it just read.

Three areas:
Research on the Japanese market. I read the original Japanese material — company filings, price pages, government statistics, industry reports, what customers write in reviews and Q&A threads — and write it up in English with every source listed, dated, and marked as official or estimated. Anything I could not confirm stays blank and labelled, because a report you cannot audit is a report you cannot use.
Japanese to English translation. Japanese sentence structure does not survive direct translation. I rebuild for an English reader, then run the result through the same mechanical checks I use on original English writing: repeated sentence openings, uniform sentence length, worn-out phrasing. Output that came straight from a model fails those checks nearly every time.
Turning documents into data. Tables locked in PDFs and scans, extracted into Excel or CSV, with unclear cells flagged rather than guessed.
How I work: in writing. I do not take calls or video meetings, and I answer messages the same day. If a request needs a live conversation, I am the wrong choice and will say so early.
What I will not do: invent experience I do not have, write a review of something I have not used, or fill a gap in a report with a plausible-sounding number.
