My process
1. I start with your script. If you don't have one yet, I can write it with you based on your story.
2. The script gets polished and broken into scenes, mapped out with pacing and a clear production breakdown I can animate from.
3. Next, the character sheet and environment design get locked in. Proportions, colors, expressions, wardrobe, and the world your characters live in.
4. Every scene and episode is animated from that same locked reference, not reinterpreted from scratch each time.
5. Clear revision rounds and organized file delivery, so nothing gets lost between drafts.

I use today's most advanced 3D and AI animation tools, including Veo 3, Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Seedance, Higgsfield, and Grok, combined with real animation skills like timing, staging, and camera work. The tools help me move fast. The character work and story sense come from experience, not a single click.
