I then select suitable tools for each production stage, including GPT Image 2, Midjourney, Hailuo AI, Jimeng/Seedance, Kling AI, Sora, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and CapCut.

I begin by understanding the client’s audience, brand identity, message, visual references, and intended platform. I then develop the concept, narrative structure, character direction, visual tone, and shot list before production begins.
2. Character and Image Development
I use Midjourney, GPT Image 2, Hailuo AI, and Jimeng AI to explore and refine characters, products, environments, wardrobe, lighting, and compositions. I compare outputs across models and select the strongest results rather than depending on a single generation system.
3. Character and Style Consistency
Once the visual direction is approved, I establish fixed reference images, character descriptions, wardrobe details, environments, and reusable prompt structures. This helps reduce facial drift, clothing changes, inconsistent proportions, and visual discontinuity between shots.
4. AI Video Generation
I use Higgsfield, Kling, Sora, and other suitable models according to the needs of each shot. One model may be stronger for realistic movement, another for cinematic atmosphere, controlled camera motion, character performance, or social-media-style UGC content.
5. AI Avatars and Voice
