While the project began well, the quality of work declined significantly as we progressed, making it increasingly challenging to collaborate with Chrisant. Communication became inconsistent, and instructions were often missed or misunderstood, necessitating numerous follow-ups and clarifications. Unfortunately, what started as a positive experience turned into a difficult one, ultimately leading me to end the contract prematurely.

Make my Intro Launch Video dynamic and exciting
Chrisant did a great job on our intro videos. He worked well under a pressure and tight delivery "real-time" situation. He provided multiple options and understood what we needed on branding, energy, messaging and content. It was a bit hard to coordinate time and availability but this can be overcome. We will definitely engage him again soon on our next upcoming project. Note: The only reason the project timeline remained outstanding for so long is because me and my team left it open as an oversight but it should have been closed as "one-time" and within budget.
